The Magic Tree

Do you believe in magic?

You should. Magic surrounds your life and if you believe, magic will find you everywhere you go.

Close your eyes, reach in and see what the magic tree (or what's left of it) has in store for you today.

Back at Dusk

Quick, let's go back home, we promised to be back before the sun goes down. What a day we had playing outside in this enchanted forest.

In this painting I was remembering the eternal summer days, playing outside, when time would stop and all that was present was pure joy.

A breath of fresh air

Yes you have guessed it, this is my grand' daughter Jerrikah and my little dog Flocon enjoying a breath of fresh air in the woods of St-Theodore.

In this painting I wanted to share with you the true meaning of life, combining breath taking nature, my angel Jerrikah and my companion Flocon.

PRIVATE COLLECTION

This is the end of a long life of partying for Emilie (yes it is a "she"), but as you can see, her spirit still haunts the painting that tells her story.

Stay tuned for a sequel where maybe the miror will allow us to view her as she was in her younger days ;)

Mother and Son

Oil on Canvas
Sold

A picture of a mother with her first born son brings hope and peace to our hearts.

My Dad (In progress)

You can't realy tell at this stage of the painting, but this is a picture of my dad on the farm on a snowy day.  The sun was hitting the snow and it became difficult to distinguish the sky from the snow covering the ground.   The scenery is blue, crisp, cold but also magnificiently warm with the presence of this incredible human being, my father.

Enchanted Road

Oil on Canvas
Sold

This painting represents a very personnal fairy tail entitled "When I was your mother", a story told by a very small child to her mother, reversing roles in an enchanted land where adults can see the world through a child's mind.  Take note of the shadows of the child elongating as the shadow of the mother is shrinking.  The transformation has already begun.
